Which is better for borrowing books online: kindle or nook?

Question by Christian: Which is better for borrowing books online: kindle or nook?
I know that the nook can borrow books from a library and the kindle will be able to soon. How does this work and which one is (or will be) better and easier to use?

Neither, go OLD SKOOL and go to a library and take out a book made of paper. After all, a tree died to offer up those books. Too much digital nonsense, nothing can replace a good old book.

Neither. Go to http://www.4shared.com and then the ‘Books’ tab and download them as PDFs for free…. I mean…. it’s perfectly legal…. *shifty eyes* Naw, if I enjoy the book I always go out and buy it anyway, but just for sampling and transport purposes I usually read them on my iPhone first via this site.
